Villa 'Stayeva11' è il luogo perfetto per la tua vacanza da sogno di proprietà della famiglia Skurla dal 2014. Completamente rinnovata nel 2020 come casa "intelligente" per il risparmio energetico, come lussuose camere e appartamenti a 4 stelle. Tutti i mobili sono realizzati a mano in legno. Situato nella speciale atmosfera della centrale e tranquilla via Stayeva, proprio accanto all'iconico "Porto Vecchio", alle antiche mura della città e al quarto San Giovanni, nel centro della città vecchia di Dubrovnik. Camere spaziose e completamente attrezzate con aria condizionata, riscaldamento a pavimento, Smart TV a schermo piatto, Netflix e bagno privato con RITUALS COSMETICS, si trovano a pochi passi dalla strada principale di Dubrovnik "Stradun". CASA può essere affittata per famiglia o amici, anche fino a 6 + 1 persona.
Gli ospiti possono godere di una splendida vista sul paesaggio scenico da molte finestre. La Villa offre inoltre servizio di trasferimento aeroportuale, lavanderia e servizio di pulizia su richiesta e con supplemento.

Ta 4 dana i noći boravka u Dubrovniku ostat će zapamćena zauvijek. Boravak u Stayevoj jednostavno opušta i puni baterije. Soba je izvrsno opremljena i ima neku super pozitivnu vibru. Lokacija je idealna, unutar gradskih zidana i toliko blizu da ti se čini da bi ih mogao dotaknuti da je ruka malo dulja. A opet daleko od vreve i gužve i kad trebaš odmor i mir, tu ga imaš. Naglasila bih Dubravkino gostoprimstvo i veliki broj vrijednih i korisnih informacija koje je s nama podijelila. Vraćamo se, to je sigurno!

Vrhunska tiha lokacija pored gradskih zidina sa jako malo stepenica, iznimna čistoća i prefini domaćini razlozi su zbog kojih ćemo se sigurno vratiti.

The Host, accommodation and breakfast were all excellent. Dubravka arranged a taxi for us to and from Airport and was there to meet us at location to show us around apartment and to inform us of where to go for breakfast which I have to say was 1st class.

Typically we don't stay in accommodations that are privately owned, but this was phenomenal! The apartment was adorably decorated and super cozy. It had everything you would find in a high end hotel and then some. The host was kind, quick to respond and available for anything we needed during our stay. She provided recommendations of local restaurants and activities. The location was excellent and a bit tucked away from the busier parts of the city which we quite enjoyed. You can even see the city walls from the apartment! The bed was SO comfortable. We did not want to leave! And would love to return some day :)

Die Lage ist grossartig. Viele Lokale und auch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig binnen wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Betten sind äußerst komfortabel. Auch für Menschen, die weniger wiegen als der Durchschnitt, einfach perfekt. Die Einrichtung ist generell sehr geschmackvoll zusammengestellt. Man frühstückt in einem Restaurant 5 min entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die bei Fragen per WhatsApp immer und sofort geholfen hat. Großartige Unterkunft mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile, bei der es an nichts gefehlt, Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Getränken und ausreichend Kaffeepads vorhanden.

Great location. Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment. Friendly, kind and helpful host. Travelled with 10 months baby and host provided crib for us. If we come back to Dubrovnik for sure will stay there again. Would highly recommend.

Very well presented property with plenty of old world charm, yet fully equipped with modern conveniences. Close to the heart of the old city and short walk to all the major attractions. Easy access to the town walls.
Host Dubravka was warm and friendly.

Wonderful location in the centre of the old town, tucked nicely away from the noise of the nightlife.
The beautiful and functional apartment had all we needed with a touch of luxury.

Perfect location, within the city walls, a few minutes' walk from anywhere in the Old Town, yet on a quiet dead-end street. The property was refurbished in 2020, and is still immaculate. The owner, Dubravka, met us at the door, handed over the keys, explained everything to us, and recommended some good local restaurants. Checkout was a simple matter of dropping the keys into a box.

The apartment was very comfortable high class and in an excellent location in the Old Town. The host Dubravka met me to check in and hand over the keys.
She also provided useful links for things to do in Dubrovnik and nearby restaurants.
Everything was super clean and there was water in the fridge on arrival that was free to consume (also a beer).

Everything - the room is gorgeous and tastefully decorated, the bedding is like a 5star hotel, the location could not be better - a few minutes away from the center yet quiet and away from the crowds. The hostess Dubravka and her family are lovely- helpful, accommodating and full of great advice.

Loved the location. Quiet part of the Old Town. Walking Distance to all the sights. The B&B is clean , equipped and stocked with necessities. The owner communicated and answered all my questions even if she was on holiday. We loved it and will recommend to family and friends

Hospitality, location, privacy, decor - what a stunning experience!
The pictures cannot do this place justice! It is a remarkable value for what it offers.
The hostess is the perfect person to know in Dubrovnik - she has parking, restaurant, and excursion ideas/options along with tons of lovely amenities in the home including coffee, beer, water, soda - and she even met us personally and showed us around. She is super fun and as we passed restaurants on our way the servers chatted with her. She gave us a running commentary on the best places to get certain food.
Be sure to call for reservations at Trattoria Carmen - unreal seafood! - and also at Konoba Jezuite - gorgeous courtyard spot with lovely cocktails and Mediterranean cuisine.
We loved the private and quiet corner of the city where the home was located with a nice coffee shop just a 20 second stroll from the front door. The home has great history - 500 years old! - but a brand new renovation that is comfortable and modern. The place is super nice and a fantastic value!
We loved being able to stroll out the door and be in the middle of the city with a 2 minute walk next to the walls of the city but have a quiet corner that was nice for sleeping and lazy mornings.
We also could slip out a doorway onto the city dock with a 1 minute walk and then 2 minutes later we were jumping off a 10 foot rock into the sea, snorkeling next to the walls of Dubrovnik and looking out at Lokrum Island.
The city is ancient and unique. I cannot imagine a better jumping off spot than Dubravka's home in the city!
Be aware, there are a number of stairs but after walking around the city you will realize that this home has a lot fewer stairs than most places in the Old City! I left with a great appreciation of how easy it was to move our luggage to and from the Ploce Gate.

Everything was amazing !! The apartment was incredibly comfortable, beautiful, decorated with so much attention and love in a beautiful location with everything we might need. Dubravka is a wonderful host. There were a lot of details that thrilled us. Our stay in the heart of Dubrovnik was unforgettable and we wanted it to be longer. Die beste Art Dubrovnik wirklich kennen zu lernen ist Wohnen in der Altstadt und da im "Apartment Stajeva 11'. Es wurde im Vorfeld von Frau Dubravka alles für einen tollen Aufenthalt organisiert. Der Parkplatz, der Transfer und die Wegbeschreibung. Wirklich Topp. Im Apartment wurden wir herzlich begrüßt. Das Apartment liegt im zweiten Stock und verfügt über einen französischen Balkon mit Blick auf die nahe
Festungsmauer. Das Zimmer ist luxuriös und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine überkomplette Ausstattung wie: Klimaanlage, Fernseher, tolles modernes Badezimmer einer KÜCHEsamt Esstisch und natürlich einem sehr bequemen Bett. Die Lage unseres Quartieres ist optimal um die Stadt auch nach Abzug der Tagesgäste in Ruhe zu erkunden. Auch das Frühstück
buchten wir mit. Wir nutzten die Empfehlungen von Frau Dubravka. Wir sind ihr dafür sehr dankbar. Genau diese sehr persönliche Beziehung zu ihren Gästen mit der Idee ihnen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich - weit über die
Zimmervermietung hinaus - macht uns zu. Stammgästen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

We had a wonderful stay at Stayeva 11 in the old town of Dubrovnik. It’s located in a lovely quiet courtyard, just off the Dubrovnik walls (you can see them from the door and we could see them from our room). Our room was really beautiful, with the most comfortable bed we have slept in during our entire 2 months of travel through Croatia! The mattress was amazing, as well as the pillows! The decor is so charming and pretty! Our host Dubravka was wonderful! Thank you for such a nice stay!
