A Wonderful Stay in Dubrovnik at Villa “STAYEVA 11”
If you are looking for an amazing accommodation experience with a touch of history, then Villa STAYEVA 11 is the perfect choice for your visit to Dubrovnik.
Well located in beautiful Dubrovnik Old Town in a building with a 6oo year old history, our room was clean, comfortable and cosy. Since it was low season and we had a lot of luggage, our host Dubravka, kindly opened up a second room so we had plenty of space.
Dubravka’s attention to detail and little personal touches make you feel truly at home. She is so friendly and easy to get on with that we felt like we had known her for a few years, not a few days.
She gave us tips on everything from restaurants to the best and cheapest way to see the sights of Old Town and is a wonderful and warm host.
We will never forget our visit to STAYEVA 11 and Dubrovnik and cannot wait to come back.

Hotel Stayeva11 was the perfect choice for us as first time visitors to Dubrovnik. Its location is excellent: near Ploce gate and old port, Rector’s Palace and many great eateries. We stayed in the suite which was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and had several windows allowing for much appreciated cross breeze (the suite has ac as well but we didn’t need it during our October visit). While there are stairs to the property, the surrounding area is relatively flat by Dubrovnik standards. It was also quiet at night. The owners/hosts had great communications and were responsive to our every need. We certainly would recommend it.

Ta 4 dana i noći boravka u Dubrovniku ostat će zapamćena zauvijek. Boravak u Stayevoj jednostavno opušta i puni baterije. Soba je izvrsno opremljena i ima neku super pozitivnu vibru. Lokacija je idealna, unutar gradskih zidana i toliko blizu da ti se čini da bi ih mogao dotaknuti da je ruka malo dulja. A opet daleko od vreve i gužve i kad trebaš odmor i mir, tu ga imaš. Naglasila bih Dubravkino gostoprimstvo i veliki broj vrijednih i korisnih informacija koje je s nama podijelila. Vraćamo se, to je sigurno!

Vrhunska tiha lokacija pored gradskih zidina sa jako malo stepenica, iznimna čistoća i prefini domaćini razlozi su zbog kojih ćemo se sigurno vratiti.

The Host, accommodation and breakfast were all excellent. Dubravka arranged a taxi for us to and from Airport and was there to meet us at location to show us around apartment and to inform us of where to go for breakfast which I have to say was 1st class.

Geweldige gastvr.ouw. Fijne en schone kamer in een rustig deel van de oude stad. Centraal gelegen. Wij zouden hier zeker nog een keer boeken

Home away from home, it had everything you need to make you feel cosy.
Great attention to detail and everything good quality.
The bed was amazing, so comfortable.
The host is so warm and helpful with everything.

Typically we don't stay in accommodations that are privately owned, but this was phenomenal! The apartment was adorably decorated and super cozy. It had everything you would find in a high end hotel and then some. The host was kind, quick to respond and available for anything we needed during our stay. She provided recommendations of local restaurants and activities. The location was excellent and a bit tucked away from the busier parts of the city which we quite enjoyed. You can even see the city walls from the apartment! The bed was SO comfortable. We did not want to leave! And would love to return some day :)

Die Lage ist grossartig. Viele Lokale und auch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig binnen wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Betten sind äußerst komfortabel. Auch für Menschen, die weniger wiegen als der Durchschnitt, einfach perfekt. Die Einrichtung ist generell sehr geschmackvoll zusammengestellt. Man frühstückt in einem Restaurant 5 min entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert!
